Admission Procedures

Admission of students to Grace Academy School is subject to the approval of the administration. Class placement is determined by previous school cumulative records, age, interview and Placement test where necessary The following application documents are required before an application can be processed :

  1. A completed 'Application For Admission' form
  2. A cumulative record book from previous school or a certified transfer letter.
  3. Two passport sized photographs
These documents may be sent to us by email or fax and the originals handed in upon arrival. Please note that it is the responsibility of the parent to provide the school with the above-named documents. We look forward to you visiting the Grace Academy School Campus and touring the facility. The School Offers the following programmes:

CORE SUBJECTS
English Language, Mathematics, Social Studies, Integrated Science
ELECTIVE SUBJECTS
Pure Science Business Option A
Elective Mathematics Accounting
Biology Business Management
Physics Business Maths & Principles of Costing
Chemistry Economics
GENERAL ARTS
*Three or Four of the following:
French, Economics, Geography, Elective Mathematics, Elective English
Literature In English, History.
COMPUTER COURSES ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL STUDENTS
DURATION OF COURSE
Any programme of your choice is a three (3) years course as prescribed by the
Ghana Education Service.
A student is eligible to apply after completing three years of Junior High School
(JHS) or its equivalence, i.e. after undergoing Nine years Basic Education in a
foreign country.
CERTIFICATE TO BE AWARDED
Having completed the course with success, the student is awarded the Senior High
School Certificate by the West African Examinations Council.
The school also issues other certificates and testimonials to deserving students.
